LAPU-LAPU SHRINE

Lapu-Lapu's statue is located in Punta Engano, Mactan Island, Cebu. Where Lapu-Lapu defeated magellan in 1521. Lapu-Lapu rescues the entire cebu and defeats the aliens. Lapu-Lapu is Cebu's first hero. built in 1866 in honor of Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan and built on the site where Magellan was killed in 1521. Lapu-lapu became the first Filipino to kill Europeans. They announce the anniversary in April which they call "Victory In Mactan".
